RETURN & REFUND POLICY


If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving the goods.

We will provide you with a return label to put on your parcel, which you will be able to post at any Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch. 


In order to successfully return a product, all item(s) must be returned in their original condition and meet all of the below points: 


• the item(s) must be unworn and unwashed, sealed in their original packaging 

• the item(s) must be clean and free from any stains 

• the item (s) must be free of perfume or odours of any kind 

• all labels must still be attached 

• item(s) cannot be returned if the care label has been cut off or removed. 


In an unlikely event, that your item(s) were shipped faulty, we will provide you with a full refund. 


All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. 


You will be asked to provide:


• description of how/where the product is faulty

• supporting photos to make your claim
